It also has an indicator function allowing the user to differentiate between acid (yellow) and base (red) spills. It is ideally suited for storage or use in fume cupboards, safety cabinets or on laboratory benches. Please contact our sales team for more information.
We have recently installed a ferrogram. Ferrography is a technique used for analyzing particles present in oils that indicate mechanical wear. The particles contained in the lubricating oil carry detailed and important information about the condition of the machine. Particle shape, composition, size distribution and concentration are used to determine wear modes inside a machine along with a regular Oil analysis program so that a maintenance recommendation can be made.
